I always drove a BMW and decided to jump ship to Kia. I chose the Sportage hybrid. Drives great, a lot of safety features. Perfect size inside for my needs. Johnson was my salesman. No pressure for the deal and my time spent there was minimal. Well maintained dealership!

Bought a 2025 Kia K5, they scratched the hood of my car while washing to by hand. “Tried” to get it out but failed to do so. They also left damages on both rear doors while installing tint. You can’t go wrong with Ken Garff Kia!! My car got rear ended, and I came there to trade it in, even though it had some slight damage, they gave me all the money for my trade-in and got me approved with a great rate, even though my credit isn’t the best. Had an absolutely amazing buying experience working with G, spoke to her on the phone, told her which vehicle I was interested in, and she had it pulled up by the time I arrived at the dealership. Not only was she extremely professional, but she was very knowledgeable about vehicles and made the buying experience as quick and painless as possible. I have a 2022 Kia EV6 FE. It has a very low profile. The front air dam under the front bumper is very close to the ground and I inadvertently scrapped it on a curb. It came loose and fell down onto the ground. I was close to Ken Garff Kia and drove into the service drive with it scraping the ground. Because my 2008 Mercedes died, I purchased a used SUV (2017 Lincoln MKC) from Ken Garff Kia on 12/30/23 and received excellent customer service. I call Ken Garfield Kia to see if they can repair my Kia’s body damage. They only seem to fix mechanical issues. The Kia rep did give me another number to call to have my Kia auto body damage fixed. Which was nice of them and helped me get my car repaired. Very nice and helpful staff without any sales pitches or upgrades. I recommend you give them a call if you have a Kia for any questions or concerns.
I bought a used 2017 F-350 from Ken Garff Kia Bell Road and had a great experience with Melo. She was very easy to work with and made the buying experience as stress free as possible. This morning when I brought my car in for an oil change, she happily explained the services I would need while also listening to the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the expeditious services my vehicle received at this showroom, as it was efficiently addressed within an hour. They've treated me well. Put a new motor in my 14 sportage with no hassle due to a recall, they paid for my rental. They will try to sell you service that may or may not be needed, but what dealership doesn't.

I had to bring my car in because of a recall. My service advisor was James and he was nice he was professional and he had the work done on my car in a timely manner. Since since I need some information regarding that had been completed and he was happy to send it to me
I had my Niro in today for the 16,000 mile service. Noel Segura was my Service Advisor. During the check in process he mentioned that it might be time to swap out some filters. I gave him permission to install new filters if needed. When the service was complete, Noel said that the filters were fine and did not need to be replaced. I am leaving this review because he had the opportunity to sell me something that wasn't needed and did not do it. Thank you.
I was put on the schedule 3 days from when I called (effectively asap), I was able to immediately talk to Noel, who took excellent care of me, he reviewed the multipoint inspection test with me, kept me up to date with where my vehicle was at and what they had found, I was even offered a ride home, and back to the dealership. Even though my car wasnt cleaned when it was returned to me, it was ready sooner than they said it would be.
Overall, Noel and the team at this dealership are fast, professional, and extremely helpful!

The people at the dealership were amazing and very transparent. Very good car buying experience and would recommend Ken Garff KIA to anyone. The only negative is what's always been a negative: the process takes way too long. Was there 2 days for a combined 8 1/2 hours. I had a great experience getting my car serviced here- my attendant was very kind and explained everything clearly, and did not once make me feel pressured into spending more money than necessary (as I often feel as a young woman at any car dealership/service company). I was told how long I would have to wait and it was accurate with very little fuss. Would highly recommend!
