***Update*** Changed my rating to 5 ⭐️ John handled things with class and respect. He resolved ALL of my issues and will be the reason I come back in the future. Bought a 2025 Kia K5, they scratched the hood of my car while washing to by hand. “Tried” to get it out but failed to do so. They also left damages on both rear doors while installing tint. Tint is bubbled at the tops of all doors. They also never installed door guards as part of one of their many warranties that they require in order to sell a car. I have called and text several times about refunding the “package” claiming oh we don’t do that and then get further ignored. They will harass you to lie on a survey but once you do you no longer exist. Tell me how you damage a car with 13 miles because you were in a rush to sell and do nothing to fix the issue. Now I have to pay for tint removal and to do it again elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

For starters, I bought my car here a year and a half ago and the experience was great! They weren’t super pushy, they gave me space, and were even patient as I went back and forth for days about making the final decision. When I came back to buy the car, it was an easy breezy process. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the staff here. Fast forward to now, I had to get the recommended maintaince done on my car. The service consultant, Jacob K. was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional! He was the first consultant to actually explain my warranties and coverage. He went over everything with clear detail and was patient as I asked questions. He kept me updated throughout the process and provided his contact info for additional questions. I have owned my car a year and a half and he was the best representative I have worked with this whole time. As someone who knows nothing about cars, it was nice to have someone explain things to me clearly. He was truly a pleasure to work with! I work in customer service as a supervisor, so I am familiar with customer service and I just want to say he did a phenomenal job. Thank you Jacob, for changing the common stigmas about dealerships!
